This is a great item and was a perfect gift for my MIL. I actually needed it pretty quick and the seller worked with me for a pick up (since I live in the same area). First, let me say the hub itself is beautiful, well designed, and is going to thrill the recipient. That said, I was frustrated that it failed to arrive on time for me to give it on the recipient's birthday. It was definitely a last minute thought, so I reached out to the seller asking if it was possible to have the hub customized and shipped to arrive on a specific date and was told yes. And I did get a shipping notification very quickly. However, because of the method it was shipped by, it arrived several days later than the date I had been told it would. I would be less frustrated if I hadn't repeatedly stressed the date in my messages to the seller and clearly communicated my willingness to upgrade the shipping if necessary.
That aside, the hub itself is a beautiful piece and I would be willing to order from the shop again.

I was ecstatic to get this item and have it personalized. I told them the names that I wanted and that I also wanted the texts font to be different for each of them.
